MUSA Model Museum Info Event Provides Exclusive Insights into Innovative Hazardous Substance Management

On February 26, we held our info event for the MUSA model museums – a significant milestone for the MUSA project! We presented the current status, shared comprehensive results from the beta tests, and showcased the innovative MUSA platform in action.

First Results from the Beta Tests

A total of 58 MUSA test kits were distributed, generating more than 500 evaluation values per hazardous substance. These data, along with results from private households assessing background contamination, form a solid foundation for deriving the MUSA assessment values. The full statistical evaluation is in progress and will be completed in early Q2 2025. These extensive datasets will serve as the basis for benchmarking future measurement results.

The MUSA Platform: Now Available for Model Museums

The MUSA platform is now accessible to our model museums. It allows test kit orders, analysis and interpretation of measurement results, and the implementation of the stepwise MUSA action plan. The pre-release phase, featuring expanded functionalities, will begin in Q2 2025.

Invitation to the Pre-Release Phase

In addition to our model museums, we invite other museums to sign up for the pre-release phase. Participants will benefit from exclusive access to new features, attractive special conditions, and direct exchanges with experts. Registration is available via our website: https://musa-projekt.de.

We sincerely thank all participants for their interest and look forward to the next steps!
